Rajasthan Education Minister Dr. BD Kalla has said that the investigation of the Special Operation Group (SOG) in the Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) paper leak case is in the right direction and said that the state government will make strict laws to prevent the problem of paper leak in the recruitment examinations. , Dr. Kalla was giving his reply after a special discussion on the Reet paper leak episode in the Vidhan Sabha today. He said that SOG is working in the right direction in the Reet paper leak case and prompt action will be taken after investigation. He said that gangs have been formed to leak papers in the country. Papers of various recruitment examinations have been leaked in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat including UGC NET, SSC-CGL, Army-GD.


In Rajasthan, examinations have to be canceled due to paper leaks in other examinations including RAS-2013. He said that there is a need to enact strict laws to prevent such incidents. For this, the state government will make strict laws, so that no person can dare to leak the paper. Dr. Kalla said that the state government is serious about this matter. Independent investigation is being done through SOG. Taking quick action, SOG has arrested 38 people. In the cabinet meeting chaired by the Chief Minister, it has been decided to repeal REIT Level 2. Also, to make the recruitment examinations full proof, a three-member committee comprising Justice VK Vyas, former RPSC Chairman ML Kumawat, and Hemant Gera, Principal Secretary, Personnel Department, has been constituted, which will give its report in 45 days.

He said that after the approval of the District Level Committee, it was decided to keep the paper at places other than the treasury in various districts including Jaipur. He said that if there is no leak in REET level one, after counseling, eligible candidates will be given jobs on time. He said that due to the adverse circumstances of Kovid, the dates of the REET examination had to be extended in the state. The state government conducted the REET exam in the month of September last year. For this, appropriate arrangements were made at every level, in which everyone’s cooperation was there. He said that the state government has given government jobs to one lakh youth in the last three years. In the next two years also, the same number of people will be given government jobs. The state government has increased 30,000 posts of a third-grade teacher to 62 thousand posts. Out of these, the process of giving appointments to 15 thousand posts of level one is going on and the remaining 47 thousand posts will also be filled soon and jobs will be given to unemployed youth.
